Room Rates
Our twin and double rooms are from £45 per person per night with two persons sharing and our single rooms from £55 per night. Prices include breakfast and VAT.

Checking In
Check in is from 4 pm, but guests are always welcome to drop off their luggage by arrangement. It is helpful if we have an estimated time of arrival.

Check out time is by 10 am but guests are always welcome to leave luggage behind and collect later if necessary.

Cancellation Policy
Guests are advised, that there is a 48 hours cancellation policy. Longer for large groups.

Room Restrictions
We reserve the right to remove any person, or persons from the guesthouse for what we deem is unreasonable behaviour. A refund will only be awarded at our discretion.

Vehicles & Personal Property
Guests are reminded that they leave their vehicles and personal property at the guesthouse at their own risk. The proprietors of the guesthouse will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons not caused through the fault of the proprietor.
